Build Something That Actually Helps
Our team works on financial education that makes a real difference for families across Vietnam. If you care about making budget planning less intimidating and more approachable, you might fit right in.
Get In TouchWhat Working Here Feels Like
We're not going to pretend we have ping pong tables or unlimited vacation. What we do have is a small team that genuinely cares about the work.
Most of us came from backgrounds where we saw family members struggle with money decisions. That's why we're here. We build educational resources that respect people's intelligence while acknowledging that financial systems can be confusing.
You'll have autonomy to try new approaches. Some will work, others won't. We're learning as we go, and that's okay. The Vietnam market has unique needs around budget education, and we're still figuring out the best ways to serve those needs.

Budget Education Specialist
We're looking for someone who gets excited about helping people understand money. This role is about breaking down complex financial concepts and making them accessible for Vietnamese families navigating their budget decisions. You'll create written content, video scripts, and interactive guides.
Learn More →Content Developer
You'll work on building educational materials that actually keep people engaged. This means understanding how people learn, what makes them tune out, and what keeps them coming back. Experience with educational design or instructional content would help, but we care more about your ability to explain difficult topics clearly.
Learn More →Community Engagement Coordinator
This role is about listening more than talking. You'll connect with people who use our resources, understand what's working and what isn't, and bring those insights back to the team. You'll also moderate discussions, answer questions, and help build a space where people feel comfortable asking about money topics.

Tam Hoàng
Lead Content Strategist
Tam spent five years in banking before realizing he wanted to help people understand financial products rather than sell them. He leads our content approach and thinks constantly about how to make budget concepts stick in people's minds.
Đức Phan
Educational Designer
Đức came from a teaching background and brings that perspective to everything we build. He's obsessed with finding better ways to present information and will debate the placement of a single diagram for twenty minutes if he thinks it matters.
How Applications Work
We've tried to keep this straightforward. The whole process typically takes about three weeks from application to decision.
Initial Application
Send us your background information and tell us why you're interested in financial education specifically. We care more about your thinking process than your resume formatting. If you've written anything publicly about education or finance, share it.
Skills Assessment
We'll ask you to complete a short project related to the role. For content positions, this might be explaining a budget concept. For community roles, it might involve responding to user questions. This usually takes 2-3 hours and happens on your schedule.
Conversation With Team
You'll talk with 2-3 people you'd work with directly. We're assessing fit both ways here. Ask us anything about the work, the challenges we're facing, or what concerns you about the role. These conversations typically last about an hour.
Decision and Offer
We aim to make a decision within a week after final conversations. If we extend an offer, we'll give you time to consider it properly. If we don't move forward, we'll explain why and offer feedback if you want it.
Think This Might Be a Fit?
We'd be happy to hear from you. Even if you're not sure about a specific role, reach out and tell us what you're interested in working on.
